Garamond Quarto is an elegant and classy serif font family that was created and shared by FontSite Inc. This basic typeface contains about 3 different styles and it’s based on Herbert Thannhaeuser’s Garamond No. 4, created in 1955 for the East German Typo Art foundry, but much, much cleaner than URW’s or SoftMaker’s renditions, while also retaining more faithfulness to Thannhaeuser’s design. I’ve added several additional ligatures, superior letters & numerals, true fractions, and stacked fractions. It’s a very interesting text and display font.
